The plot parallels are neither coincidence nor laziness. It's going somewhere, I know it. And all of these games seem to have connections overarching lore of the series, especially the Ancients. We are in the Saga of the Ancients right now, which probably started with Return to Dream Land.

The realization first hit me during the Elfilis battle. I could totally rant about the plot parallels in recent Kirby games. It's fascinating. The 2 main series 3DS games follow very similar structures. It's more subtle, but the 2 Switch games parallel eachother too, with Elfilis as parallel to Void

I'm working on an Elfilis mii in Tomodachi Life now. While looking up reference pictures, I'm seeing lore/theory stuff about connections between Elfilis and Void coming up. I'm not looking into that now, but I'm just so glad other people picked up on that.

There was this one restaurant I went to once that was basically the best ever. Everything about it was great. But when I went back, it wasn’t as great as the first time. One of the main downgrades was that they went from having a book for a menu full of lots of great items to just having one page.

I hate it when restaurants switch from having a multi-page menu with lots of great options to only having one page.

It's funny how, as far as I know, English has no word for "upside down." We have to use 2 words instead, & if you think about it, "upside down" is a really goofy way of saying it. There is the word "inverted," but that can mean multiple things. Do other languages have a single word for upside down?
