I grew up in a homeless shelter when we weren’t hopping from place to place and programs like these were lifelines for my family. The holidays are when places like these feel the most strain so even if it’s a few cans of food you could make a difference in someone’s life.

This holiday, if you have the means, donate to a local food pantry to help people who aren’t as well off celebrate too. Most of my holidays growing up were fueled by food from food pantries and gifts from things like Angel Tree and Toys for Tots.

New treatment started and all the medication makes me sleepy as heck. I've taken more naps in 2 days than I've taken in 2 months
