Meic - open every day including Christmas and New Year

Many projects slow down for the festive period, but we recognise that this can be a difficult time for some young people's mental health.

The Meic helpline is open from 8am to midnight every day over the holidays, including Christmas Day and New Year 🎄

CAST: 2024 / 25 Impact report CAST (Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology) is a UK charity working to accelerate the agency, presence and influence of social impact organisations in the technologies that affect us all. 2025 marks the tenth anniversary of the charity.

Our Community Counselling Project has delivered 110+ hours of free counselling at Ebbw Vale Institute, saving the community £8,160 and helping people reduce anxiety & stress while boosting confidence & self-esteem.🗣️😌
