This is at least opposed to making Kiwami 1 as a filler title during the Dragon Engine's dev time or Kiwami 2/Ishin primarily for international audiences.

Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties honestly looks like it's got the most production value of any of the remakes RGG has made tbh. I still don't really think it's necessary to remake 3 but from everything we've seen, it really looks like RGG wanted to expand on 3's story.
