Good morning I had my first OT session yesterday and it seems the primary issue is that the muscles in my forearm are unusually tense and have trouble relaxing which there are things I can do about that but it's also just like 😶 <- guy who experiences physical tension instead of emotional stress

Toni has the most anxiety I've ever seen contained in one cat but I used to live with her so she's adjusting shockingly well -- she spent a month with some neighbors and barely let them even see her but once she got here she starting coming out for pets after only two days
