The survey closes tomorrow. So share your thoughts and experiences with us: buff.ly/PCOTbY7
I've written for @proudchangemakers.bsky.social on the legal challenge of the EHRC's interim guidance. It shows the complexity the #charity sector is facing. That's why we're running our survey, which closes tomorrow at 5pm, please complete and share! www.proudchangemakers.org/voice/what-y...
There are just under 2 weeks left to tell us about how recent legal and regulatory changes have impacted you or the charities you work or volunteer for. Please do complete this and share with your networks:
On Holocaust Memorial Day, Chair Heather Paterson reflects on nearly erased stories, including LGBTQIA+ individuals persecuted under Nazi rule.
Remembering them is an act of justice, highlighting that LGBTQIA+ communities still face global persecution.

Great to hear from Sam and Penny how the ambition is to build patient voice and feedback into the design of DHSC, and across all its work. With 25m pieces of feedback across the NHS every year, how can they best listen to and act on patients' views and feedback. Needs to be replicated system wide
Discussion on the skills development, leadership development and capabilities needed across the country to achieve these goals. A need to ensure managers + leaders have the ability to understand local needs, use health analytics and support effective care pathways locally. Supported from the centre
Penny describes how we can balance the challenges of setting national direction with managing local delivery. See the Modern Service Frameworks as an opportunity to help areas, designing a central pathway to support local delivery to meet a national goal. In cost effective and person focused way
Patricia Hewitt describes how the health system is hugely complex in areas across the country. While we reduce the number of integrated care boards, we need to understand and manage place based entities and relationships at the local and regional level. That will be crucial for neighbourhood health
We're hearing how we need to start with our goals, in order to set up and manage appropriate structures to deliver them. We know the goals. Sam Jones describes the ambition not to just abolish NHS England, but instead to build a new and more effective Department for Health and Social Care.
Excited to be at the @instituteforgovernment.org.uk event today on the structural changes needed for the 10 Year Health Plan to be implemented effectively in England.

The WI and Girlguiding have been pressured to exclude trans women – yet the law is clear as mud | Jess O’Thomson
The recent exclusion of trans girls and women by the Girl Guides and the Women’s Institute is alarming. Inclusion is crucial, not optional. As a sector, we must act with courage and empathy to ensure everyone feels valued. Read our response here: www.proudchangemakers.org/voice/respon...

A fantastic debate which really demonstrated how important preventing and treating stroke is, for #WorldStrokeDay. A great turn out and always very powerful to hear people's stories of their stroke and the care they received.
I wouldn't normally share a direct The Sun link, but let's mess with their results! 😏

Me, smiling in the sun wearing brightly coloured sunglasses and a Centrepoint technical vest. Holding my wooden Royal Parks Half marathon medal, which is wooden.
Me smiling, standing on a small podium which reads Royal Parks Half Marathon, smiling and wearing my medal.
Yesterday I ran the Royal Parks half marathon in 2.35. It was a fantastic day with beautiful weather.
I'm so proud to have made it back from injury and barely being able to walk in March to complete this. There's still time to sponsor me to support Centrepoint - www.justgiving.com/fundraising/...
The bottom of a beautiful canal with clear, light blue skies, dark still waters and old masonry surrounding the water. The start of a bridge I'd in the foreground, and trees in the background.
The foreground is full of corn plants, with the canal water visible in the middle. The canal is sunny with pale blue skies and trees in the background.
On a short break in Gdansk, and twice went for a run along this beautiful canal. Ahead of the Royal Parks Half this coming Sunday, the dedication to an excellent cause! www.justgiving.com/fundraising/...
