And of course, as an added bonus, the markers or pens won't roll around or take up as much desk space as they would if you just lay them flat.

And it makes it easier to switch between locations, like going from your desk to the living room. 👌✨️

I find this especially useful when working on longer pieces that I can't finish in one sitting.

I'll pick the colors I need, put them in one or two mugs. When I take a break, I can easily clear up my desk space and can come back to it later, with out having to pick out the colors all over again.
