I feel like somewhere along the line certain people in Westminster just assume that white working class people are just more socially conservative regardless of age, location, education level, a million other relevant context clues?

They seem to think pensioner = working class

Considering the More In Common negative voting intention for Reform rose by 9% to 38% last month due to the by-election. I do think the Greens can end up eventually getting closer to the 27% max vote share YouGov's suggesting is possible. Just needs time. 👍

I'm actually slightly hopepilled because the "I don't do politics, it's all bullshit" guy at my work was telling me how he likes zack polanski and is going to vote green

To those saying, "but the Greens will split the vote":
1. Things have changed.
2. It's not the Green's fault that Starmer has the Merdas Touch (turns everything to shit)
3. When the Greens offer the only inspiring option, perhaps we should see the Labour candidate as splitting the vote.

And tell the Worker's Party to bugger off. 😂 Their vote share could clinch it for Greens. 👍

The Green Party is ending the year on a real high. Not just individual polls are putting the Greens level with or ahead of Labour, the polling average has them tied with Labour now.

Labour is finished, a wasted vote.

Starmer lacks coherent social mobility plan, top government adviser says The chair of the Social Mobility Commission has called on the prime minister to set out a clearer strategy.

UK lacks 'coherent' social mobility plan, govt adviser says.

Need to reduce income/wealth inequality; excessive inherited wealth; better access to healthcare, education, jobs, housing.

Govts captured by corporations/rich, practice regressive taxation, slaves to arbitrary fiscal rules.

1: It's a Tory/Far-right tactics to call any criticism "lefty"
2: They are Labour in name only
3: They have abused their legacy
4: The meme below was about the Tories. It can now equally apply to Labour.

The right try and distract us by constantly talking about immigration.

Cost of Living, the NHS, the climate crisis - let's keep them on the agenda.

Question time fans rage defund the BBC after small boat migrants planted in audience.

The Express is furious about this because the moment you show those who repeat anti-immigration rhetoric the real human stories their narrative collapses.

The “immigrants” are people. Our friends, colleagues and family.

And it’s this nation of neighbours that is what makes Britain great.

While I think most literate people can be insightful and articulate in text form, if given enough time to collect their thoughts, it is a rare talent to be able to do that verbally, in real time, while responding to interruptions, hostile jibes or pointed questions and STILL get your point across.

Very telling tonight on Question Time how much the Labour minister absolutely did not want me to talk.

Every time I even began a sentence he started to try and distract me.

It's not going to work on anyone.

Nigel Farage is after the BBC, NHS and the ECHR. What is it about the reform cult that makes people vote against their best interests!
