It's a small, $15 regular 5v5 multiplayer game. The only DLC is a $5 'supporter pack' that gives every character one more skin and the soundtrack.

You can for now still use archive.is to archive newspaper websites and preserve snapshots with timestamps; the concern is that it's not as respectable an institution as WBM and is hosted outside the US, so could disappear. But it does exist and it does work.
