Colbert penning a script for a LOTR movie is an interesting choice. I don't doubt his reverence for Tolkien. I am cautiously skeptical because I wonder if this is in his skillset.
But Peter Jackson and Phillipa Boyens are penning it with him. We'll see. I hope it's good.
