Hello Monday.

Yesterday Gus let his intrusive thoughts win and jumped into a very full bathtub. His little legs couldn't touch the bottom, so he floated for the few seconds it took to rescue him. Gus then decided that wet cats are incapable of movement and sat in the corner until he dried off.

Memorial University's Folklore program take a picture of you and your committee at your PhD defense and posts it on the wall of the seminar room, which is pretty great when you go back to visit and speak with the graduate students.

Women weren't given the right to vote. We fought and died for it. Remember that.

I almost missed the last day, some of the authors mentioned are well-known, but more need to know Dr.Tananarive Due. Great professor (seriously watch Horror Noire), amazing novelist. Read The Good House, The African Immortals, The Reformatory is the pinnacle of her writing, so far, she's amazing.
