I disagree. I think all of this has been coordinated and orchestrated by Putin/trump/Iran. We are all being played.
The American people may not be winning, but Putin's favorite asset is really getting the job done. They still need to play this BS back and forth game for a while to continue grinding down the American military machine and wasting more expensive munitions, but progress is being made.
