how cool the touch bar might of in theory been if it was just 'as well' instead of 'instead'

Site Changes

I would basically say the goal with my website is to make it as low-effort as possible to add whatever flight of fancy comes to mind and to also encourage me to find new flights of fancy

I’ll never forget watching The Wicker Man with my outer Hebridean mum. “I just don’t know where there got all that wicker from”

I feel like this is a reminder that I'm living my life wrong. I should not always be seeing people post about what some moron said. I should constantly see people posting the Donk theme

your outages seem to multiply too

4 days ago 3 0 0 0

LLMs are a multiplier. Every code review is going to take longer. Every function is going to be so much longer. The comments that do nothing to explain the purpose of the code is going to be so much longer

computers are so cool

4 days ago 1 0 0 0

okay yeah that makes sense. It is definitely less visible with a laptop monitor primary but I hadn't clocked _why_ it was worse until I compared. I just thought "I probably hate this because its transparent now"

I'm also hearing that the quarter press only changing visually on every second press might be a regression. Interesting

4 days ago 0 0 0 0

option + shift + volume adjusts by a quarter bar in older macOS (it was just option + volume until that became opening the volume panel. opiton + shift + volume used to be quarter + make a sound like how shift is normal + sound).

Is your complaint that the volume adjust is smaller and translucent?

i just think it's cool they have open tournaments like this where your uncle's drinking mate can play against Arsenal. A real gooner grudge match

i would like to believe Jet Li specifically signed onto the project so he could have a fun day wearing a bunch of costumes

wait, I hadn't really noticed volume stuff because only my work computer is upgraded but why does option+shift+volume work like that now
