I’m glad that Buchanan’s back.
It is one of our best players last season.

Opposite the Tewkesbury Travelodge stands a tree adorned with lush creeping ivy, though it has lost most of its leaves. Unlike the tree, the Travelodge lacks charm, with a bland interior and unremarkable breakfast. It exudes weekday business and weekend mischief.

After watching yesterday match on my phone in a cramped hotel room in Frankfurt and missing out on a stroll around a real German Christmas market, i would like to declare that after that gritty performance we’re going to win the league. #BCFC #KRO

Nice thing is that we stood up to it.

Anderson is really flourishing, not bad for trialist.

Yeah so true.

I enjoyed last night game, professional throughout, great to see May and Anderson linking up, massive saves from Alsopp, looking forward to the Barnsley. #BCFC

Yeah it was sad, but he was dumb and greedy enough to stick around and waste the prime of his career, something he’ll probably regret if he think hard enough about it.

Yeah, definitely.
Like I said, I find it all a bit boring.

Im so glad there is not much video on here. I’m so bored of seeing Harlee Dean, telling us what we all knew, that our club was a circus. accompanied by three men boys giggling. So boring, and he doesn’t seem to realise that he was a willing clown in the circus. #bcfc

This tree stands at @birtscourt, a medieval manor with a moat and gardens in the Malvern Hills, now a wedding venue. It hosted two dear friends’ wedding, bringing joy to all. By the entrance, this weathered English oak, though scarred by time, still thrives, growing new branches and supporting creeping ivy.

Here’s a sketch of a weeping willow I drew at an arboretum in Kidderminster. It’s not perfect, as the cold was tough. The arboretum had scenic trails and diverse trees. I was joined by a local farmer’s dog, Elvis, and it was wonderful to play with a dog again after so many years. #trees #art

Word of the Day is a true favourite, as some of you will know.

Apricity (17th century) is the warmth of the sun on a winter’s day.

To aid the creation of a Birmingham City community on here, I've created a list of Accounts that I believe identify as Blues fans to get us started. #BCFC #KRO

Will look to add to this for the near future at least. Errors unintentional. Follow/Respond to be added (or removed).

You’ll find this tree by the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, a stunning 1930s building. It was the first purpose-built arts venue in the UK, featuring a lecture theatre, concert hall, library, and art galleries, all adorned with Travertine marble and Australian walnut, even the toilets impress.

There’s a unique tree hidden on a backstreet in Hackney near the Spurstowe Arms. I’ve tried drawing it three times, but its shape-shifting quality eludes me. Even photos can’t quite capture it. Maybe I should just appreciate it as it is, in its natural setting.
