The cover for This Mortal Coil, with art by Jan and Vlad Schwarts. The book is written by Jasmine walls and illustrated by Marie Enger. The cover shows a skeleton wearing a cloak and holding a golden, broken sword, their pose furtive as they tug at their hood. Behind them is a path leading up to a looming and shadowed castle framed by a bright moon and a blood red sky.
We're excited to reveal our newest illustrated novella:

An illustration from Marie Enger's TTRPG Death To The Wizard kings, where Hate Pit and Pit Pit stroll through the ominous innards of the Bongcano and discuss labor rights.
An illustration by Marie Enger of a rather shady looking character, a skeleton in spiked armor holding a card sparking with magic and a gnarly looking dagger.

And I'm not saying this negates the fear of Iranian citizens. They do not deserve *any* of this and we owe it to them to not give in to doomerism. Call your reps pressure them to impeach.
And complaints from the soldiers worried about legality of this war has risen over 1000%. Multiple people in the military are being removed rather than follow orders other people are digging in. Like even the army is trying to fight back
Unless you look you're not likely to find good news featuring dems. And I'm only saying this because like... things are being done. It's not hopeless. Things are scary but there are people trying. We were not abandoned.
The dems have made moves to impeach both Trump and Hegseth and were in the middle of trying to figure out a way to end the war (D-Ca introduced something but the Strait of Hormuz remained a problem) Almost all major media stations are owned by Republicans and billionaires so there's a comm breakdown
They're also moving to impeach Hegseth. So, like *things are happening* but there's a fundamental breakdown in communication.
Idk if they've done anything else because I can't find the keywords that make the internet work any more. Idk if the impeachment will work if party line votes continue.
The only article I found on point 2 focuses on this failure and not the fact that they're trying to pass something to stop the war.
Okay so right now it's super incredibly important to remember that most of our news is from Republican or billionaire resources so the answer is you gotta *look*
1. dems filed articles of impeachment
2. they tried to make a way to end the war but can't figure out the Strait of Hormuz
