Our company is a local firm (~100 EE). Is it mostly small firms/solo practitioners that use the tax software for FA? I’ve only worked here so it is all I know, but I see others get irritated about it so much.

Client (in a different state) has a new fractional CFO and they are going to use a different tax firm. They requested depreciation schedule and we provided, though they seemed irritated about it. We use a separate software for FA than our tax software (Prosystems) for the most part.
