Sidenote: The Administration is claiming the cuts to indirect funds in NIH grants will "save $4B"

Except every dollar NIH gives out nets back more than $2. So they're in fact losing us >$4B

Even ignoring the research/education/training/progress effects of cuts cross-the-board cuts like this.
