I think it's bad for the President to threaten to annihilate an entire culture and i do not think you are being alarmist if you take his threats seriously and literally.

That was already a war crime. I’m urging my congress folk to impeach.
Armageddon is terrible, but our only other option was diversity trainings at work.
Targeting civilians would, in fact, be a war crime.
This man is deranged, unstable, and unfit to lead. He thinks this is a game. Republicans need to find their backbone, rein him in, and end this reckless war before more innocent lives are lost and this escalates into something far worse.
This is an actual post. This is not funny. This is beyond desperate. This is a deeply unwell man who doesn’t belong anywhere near the levers of power. Every member of his cabinet and Congress is complicit in not demanding his removal now.
Congratulations!

Thank you!
I met with AI data labelers in Kenya who are organizing their colleagues to fight the brutal working conditions and horrible pay given to the workers at the "bottom of the AI supply chain." They believe the NDAs they've signed are unenforceable so are speaking out:

As someone currently struggling to evict some squirrels from our roof, I read this piece very literally at first! Love the depiction of squirrels as hegemons ruling the yard.
I'd read that paper. Sounds better than AI slop.
Powerful piece - and congrats on the upcoming chapbook!
So much water with nowhere to go, riled up and crashing into itself, end less ache to rush across the sand, to howl east with the wind as far as it will blow. I'm tired of waiting too—slip out from behind glass and let wind lap me up, yes I say yes take me wherever you go.
Trying something a little different for #PoemsAbout #consent — that's what it's all about, right? Inspired by the very windy day we are having and that James Joyce book I never finished...

Some villages hold their hurts with fearsome grip. Stones leak stories, shadows are spirit-stalked. A visitor may find them picturesque, but the resident knows them as harsh haunted. Mortwell is such a village. It is a risk of ghosts. – #CJosiffe

This repeats yet another pattern from the Iraq War. When the Iraqis did not behave as the Americans wanted — without the deference and gratitude that a foreign military occupier felt it was due — they became targets.

Picture of a very still lake in winter. The line between sky and water is hazy and the blue of the water reflects the bright blue of the sky. There are a few small bits of ice scattered like clouds on the surface of the water
