In the 9 months since my last post our first born child came to the world about 11 weeks ago. I also started this #dadbike project 4 months ago. Based on a 1994 Marin Pine Mountain, it still needs some parts and tinkering.

Back to indoor cycling after a 3 year break. From 2017-2021 on a turbotrainer and from now on a smart trainer.

After 2 weeks and 2 flu's and their aftermath it felt amazing to be back on the bike and commuting to work.
