Agreed. Restaurant and ground floor retail is probably even more interesting. The demand patterns for 500k sqft of office space vs residential are totally different.

I think Divvy has consistently been over 1M/month in the summer the last couple years if you include scooter rides. Would be awesome to see bikes get their on their own.
