One of my favorite recent commanders that fits that description is Infinite Guideline Station - it's harder than it seems to get it to make robots and draw cards (unless you high roll Leyline of the Guildpact), and then you actually have to figure out how to turn all of that value into a win.

Glimpse the Impossible - {2}{R} Sorcery Exile the top three cards of your library. You may play those cards this turn. At the begınning ot the next end step, if any of those cards remain exiled, put them into your graveyard, then create a 0/1 colorless Eldrazi Spawn creature token for each card put into your graveyard this way. Those tokens have "Sacrifice this creature: Add {1}."

I don’t play this deck as much as I’d like, because it tends to go off too quickly and violently for my regular playgroup, but it’s a ton of fun and one of my favorites.
