On Monday I cleaned and washed the driveway so I could use that area for cleaning our desk mats we use under the bird cages. On Thursday I found this gem on my clean driveway. I believe this was left there by a crow as thanks for feeding them our leftover parrot food every day.

This is a very good sign. Tango is taking a bath to the sound of the vacuum cleaner. She's getting old and hasn't felt that great for years. Arthritis, plucking feathers, no energy. But she's perking up lately.

Quakers or Monk parakeets are very adaptable. So much so that they are outlawed on certain agricultural states as an invasive pest.
