Politics is in every aspect of our lives. And yet,people sometimes say,they" do not do politics. " Democracy needs thoughtful care. It can so easily be voted out,and fascism ,intentionally or not,can be voted in. It, however,cannot be voted out.

How many people I wonder have actually read project 2025. Of the plan that it has

It was indeed! We did it in a book club! Started with Project 2025, then Timothy Snyder On Tyranny, and then Zinn’s book.

You are right! If you want a good read( long but mind blowing) is The People’s History of the United States by Howard Zinn. Certainly not the history I learned. but eye opening from 1600s to Clinton. Then addendum thru 2020.also Project 2025 Mandate ( Heritage Foundation) these will astound u.

This time in history will astound many a reader,and not in a good way.

Well yes ..and they are enabling him beyond the pale. They should not be doing any of his BS but they kiss ass n pander n make money n are too damn spineless to tell him no..it’s like caving to a tantrumming 6 yr old .n largely because they crave the power as well.

It feels as if the human race is standing on quicksand,and is totally oblivious to its fate. We can navigate to the moon,and yet , we can decimate humans on mass. What fickle and dangerous creatures we are. We are the very definition of an Oxymoron.

I hear you on that one. For fuxake somebody give him a game of risk , tell him it’s his plan, lock him in the memory care n turn up music or cartoons. N give a Coke N then proceed with Amend 25 for starters. I despise his cabinet but I’m sure they would be amenable to rest n reasonable discussion.

Are we getting used to the President deciding which country to attack next. Because I fear that will be the pattern now.

No one person should have this much power; especially one with immunity. And i would say this if it was a democrat behaving in this manner

How did it come to this? where seemingly,one man appears to " rule the world". Where diplomacy is replaced by bullying rhetoric, and truth is declared as " fake news", whilst lies are touted as the only truth. " Whether we like it or not"

We humans,can take a faith,of love and care for each other,and turn it into, a hate filled crusade.

Everytime I hear him talk about Jesus Christ and the military the only thing that I think is the Crusades ... pretty sure it's what he has in mind. If you want to foster deep-seated animosity between the Islamic world and the West, the crusades are the way to go.

This craziness must be undone.

Then there is what remains. The intolerance,hate mongering,and complete devaluing of anyone who is not singing the maga mantra. This is now part of the ingrained swamp that is rapidly becoming the death knell of "the great experiment". This may take years to drain from the narrative

The insanity of giving the most powerful man ,immunity,has never been illustrated better,than now.

You cannot talk like this about any other minority in America.

And if it was any other president’s adviser who said something like this about any other minority, it’d be the instant end of their presidency.

Ignorance is so dangerous. When was it ever a time when speeches such as these have no consequences for the owner of this speech? How about now?
