Its the same with all businesses that provide a service. Can't tell you how many people just don't get it - way to many come into my shop asking for discounts on labor as if that's worth less be cause they asked. Feel that frustration for sure.

the viewer camera looks as if it's just breaching the water. A large crocodile with chains around the tail. One of the chains wraps around a spear imbedded in the tail that ends with a flaming lantern, illuminating the water under the surface and the crocodile. Behind the croc are a bunch of normal smaller crocs.
