Yea, there’s so many products that have gluten in it. Makes me sad because I miss eating regular food but body freaks out too much, even with skincare that has gluten 🥲

Yea, I understand that since I had to work all this time too when I should have been resting so my rehab has taken far longer than it should. So trying to have many breaks between my work periods while my wrist is ok 😭

Aww damn, I’m glad you’re feeling better after developing tendonitis but gosh I can’t believe it took that long for your wrist to get back to “normal” 😭🫂 (Even with the tweaks)
Definitely a humbling experience, and I never realised how much of a toll it would have.
Ok so 4 weeks back in gym and now I’m back up to pre-injury strength
I do not take for granted how work and not resting when needed can impact my wrist health in every aspect (and what I need to do avoid the injury again)
