I don't have any in-depth knowledge but I think the best you're gonna get for raytracing without making your own software is gonna be Unreal-based.
I know Fofamit has some resources on Unreal for vtubing and I think Codemiko uses it too.

Caff you got it all wrong!
The first step is always deleting the cube.

The first time I tried to render in Blender. The whole right arm looks horrendous lol

First render after fully committing to 3d art in 2023. Before this I was posting VR pictures.

A month after my commitment. This was a reference piece, the artist I referenced from was @mignon.bsky.social.

Technically it's a year and two months in. I just didn't want to repost so soon after and it's also around the time my style changed significantly.

First attempt (2020) -> Trying again (2023) ->
1 Month later -> 1 Year

In 3D model or VRC terms, it's asset ripping all over again but with less steps.
Nothing that is uploaded online is ever completely safe.

It sucks and it's awful but your energy is better spent elsewhere.
Like creating more amazing art that AI bros could ever only dream of "making".

"X" is still a shitload worse, since it officially announces that it will train on your work. Over there it's a guarantee.
But at the end of the day, no platform is safe from it.

Glaze or Nightshade (if it even works) to my knowledge is the only preventative measure.
