Minthara Baenre from Baldur's Gate 3. I did this as a gift for @mildmagicks.bsky.social as we both share a love for this particular drow.
If you're using CSP the effect is done via the watercolour brush, rough wash & watery brush. I created two base layers with the same colour (a very light peachy colour) and painted on the top layer exclusively, using the watery brush for corrections and highlights since it acts as an eraser.
