Cannoli the corgi sits in the middle of a tall black Christmas tree wrap-around that appears to come in four parts and is available for $20.

This is Cannoli. He shows up in almost every Facebook Marketplace ad placed by his human. He often overshadows the items for sale, some of which are cut off entirely. He seems mostly on board with modeling, but we're curious about his grudge against the pancake griddle. 13/10 (FB: Cassy Day)

Many software programs that used BerkeleyDB have moved on to using LMDB as a replacement. So people have an alternative for it and are not locked in. Same with MariaDB for MySQL.

an old monthly paper tear-away calendar attached to a wooden board hanging on the wall. the calendar is old and yellow barely hanging on. the date on it is from september 1996, with the month starting on sunday and ending thirty days later on monday. at the bottom of the calendar page, it says “September 2 Labor Day, 14 Rash Hashanah 23 Yom Kippur.”

repost if you’re older than this calendar that’s been barely hanging on in grandma’s house since september 1996

Some years back my sister told me she was watching season 4. I told her to skip 4.5 and just make up her own ending. A few days later she called me and said oh you were so right.

If you’re wondering what the Internet has become, Cloudflare Radar offers a good overview. In the top 10, there’s nothing outside the large conglomerates. I hope we can change this trend over the next 10 years.

you'll spend your entire life thinking "that's not her, not really" and pushing the thought away. you'll never truly grieve. you'll become attached to a simulacrum, something that isn't your grandmother & never was; it will eventually replace her in your memory. you will live in hell before you die
