I also find that the NF app will display poor video quality if I pause a show for too long & try to resume it. I have to reboot my Apple TV.
I'm right behind the author & canceling my subscription. There's very little content on NF worth $27 a month.

Musically, the world is stuck. We keep getting recycled sounds and rhythms. I want something new, vibrant, intelligent, deep.
The world is overdue for a musical revolution.
I want something creative and mind-blowing.
I feel like after the remake of "Shadows" last fall... Fool me once...
My friends made fun of me for Shadows, like somehow it was my fault. I'm bracing myself for more of the same with this song. I'm going to need to listen to it in private first.
Yeah, I’m not a fan of this service. They’re collecting data about us and what we listen to. I’ll check the song out when it’s out.
Exactly.
I have friends in the UK who keep coming here. Why?
Mango Mussolini is such a lose cannon, he could decide that he wants to imprison anyone from anywhere at anytime, and no politician stops him.
And jordche jeans
Not my first day on the internet. I’ll survive. Also, people can be terrible.
Using electricity employs local. It’s generated in your area. It keeps money in your community & not overseas.
I’m sure it’s the same in other countries. But because I said “American”, no one could see my point. It turned into a thread against the US.
This house is a prison! even at Christmas
Same
Months ago I replied to a thread about EVs. Using an EV kept money out of big oil & by using electricity you’re keeping money local, like the buy American mentality.
I got dragged. “Not everyone here is from America. You should keep your opinions to yourself.” 🙄 I rarely post now
Future Past grew on me due to the timing of it. But I do think that the lyrics miss the mark and it could have been something better with deeper meaning. I feel that way about a lot of songs lately. They either missed the mark or went in the wrong direction, like the new Shadows on Your Side.
Well that makes sense due to when it was released. Old folks like me bought our GOF back before streaming.
Took my nephew to see DD & he was confused about why DD was the headliner & not Bastille because they had better streaming numbers. Ah physical media explained by the old uncle 😒
Ordinary World is in the list twice, so technically if you add them up, they will far surpass hungry like the wolf. (at positions 1 and 13)
I’m one of those people who values alone time. I’d probably be able to move to a remote cabin in the woods and be happy.
What city did you move to?
Go out for a drive/walk. Get to know the area. Find a place on the map that speaks to you, such as a coffee shop or pizza place. Go to a bar and get one drink.
I have the Deluxe Edition CD from 1993, so unless there’s something special to this, like some wild colors on the vinyl or some unreleased tracks, I’ll probably sit this one out. This repressing is way overdue though
Crossing my fingers that this will have the added tracks
The link is gone now
I was going to order it yesterday but I hesitated because it didn’t seem real
Exactly. Notorious was a complete side-track from where Duran was headed. Much like Power Station. It just didn't fit the flow. Nothing wrong with either album. I wonder if the absence of Andy or the addition of Nile (both probably) changed the course of the expected.
"It makes you wonder what might have come next had they continued.”
THIS!!!!!
I think this every time I listen to the album. Where could they have taken this with a second album. Probably a HELL of a lot further than Power Station's "Living in Fear".
This sounds so American 🤣
You should probably only have 10 days of PTO to go with it
now go take your Tylenol, your back hurts!
That is crazy, 45 years. I've been listening to this for that freaking long... we were all children, even the band were if you think about it.
This guy was amazing. He had a special brand of weird. 🥰
Thank you for sharing this 🥰
There’s so much I didn’t know about the group.
I got my shipping notices with tracking numbers, but nothing comes up for either. Got the vinyls and the 4xCD.
This originally was on a video platform called Vimeo.
If you read the title it says Official Music Video. I seem to recall this person won a contest making it.
