Margarete Wallmann was a major figure of the opera stage in the 50/60. I remember with emotion Turandot with Nilsson, Les Troyens with Crespin, Don Carlo at Garnier decades ago ❤️

This Tosca in Wien has been staged in 1958 for Tebaldi. Revived every year since then. Must be the oldest prod in the world still being performed.
