I am having that neurodivergent problem where EVERYTHING feels urgent and therefore I am overwhelmed and cannot prioritize. Ugh!

I know that this experience doesn't represent all of the AEW fandom for sure, but it was definitely a negative experience that I won't forget.

Genuinely I don't even know what we, a Black man and an Indian woman, could have done in that situation but I put a loop earplug in to keep myself sane and held my boyfriend's hand to keep us calm.

Everything about Dynamite and Collision was rad and Darby Allin impressed the hell outta me but sitting next to some absolutely disrespectful white trash that was clearly racist and disrespectful was the most exhausting part.

Let's just say I can see the merit of shelling out for closer tickets so that I don't have to sit next to people who don't actually give a fuck. And I think THEY singlehandedly sold me on @aewheels.bsky.social so that I can sit with like-minded and caring people who aren't racist.

I went to the bathroom and sat back down and she immediately commented that something smelled. Which is a very clear dogwhistle to me suggesting that *I* smelled because I'm Indian. I'm just glad my boyfriend didn't actually hear their comments.

It felt like I was in their living room sitting right next to their family drama and that SUCKED.

A grandma who knew jack shit and kept saying she was bored, a father with an infant daughter with 0 hearing protection who was also just trash and on video calls at points and also I didn't blame the baby for screaming and crying and being disruptive at that point.
