For some reason I had this pegged in my mind as a May release, but it's in a week, crap. I don't have it budgeted.

This is stupid and I love it, but since we can't share, ya'll got any of them tutorials for making your characters as Mii?
I got to see this in IMAX when it first released.
Such a bummer such a good and earnest live action remake of an anime got lambasted just cause it wasn't edgy like everything else around it.
It was silly, and stupid, and just fun.
I am totally going to get crazy high and see it in IMAX again!
Sometimes just the catharsis of writing it out lets you realize how pointless it is to reply.
I do that a lot.
My mom said she voted for him cause she was worried they wouldn't have enough extra money in their retirement to keep taking vacations. . .
All this for an extra trip down to Corpus Christie a year.
Totally worth it Mom.
A quote from Captain Gabriel Lorca, played by Jason Isaacs, from Star Trek Discovery. “Universal Law is for lackeys, Context is for kings.”
Where did Marathon end up on consoles?
That was, uh, surprisingly hard to find.
Wow.
Had to go to a few different stores to find it.
I kinda wondered if that would happen, but didn’t expect it.
We just did taxes.
Good news. I’m grabbing a PS5 Pro tonight, with a disc drive.
I was back and forth on it for a year but another price increase and an uncertain gaming future is a solid reason to buy in now.
And it’s wild. Cause it’s just going to be a Starfield machine for 100 hours.
I grabbed one at launch and it got the battery bloat out of warranty a couple month ago.
I wasn't planning on getting a replacement until they announced Starfield on PS.
Bought it last Sunday in the Costco bundle. Which came with a case and charging stand for what is now the MSRP.
Wild stuff.
What is really getting under my skin are the folks who like Marathon, but joined in on previous bandwagons and now think the hate against Marathon is somehow unusual.
It's not! It's been like this for years! It's just the first time you're on the other side of it all! Isn't that fun?
Oh man, please do.
It’s not an amazing game, but it’s good and the story is ridiculous and so over the top.
Did you ever play Level 5's Mecha game?
Megaton Musashi?
It's a good one. With some old licensed Mecha added in updates after launch as well. Getter, Combattler, and a few more.
My Portal died a few months ago, out of warranty, and I hadn’t replaced cause I mostly did Fallout and it was coming to Switch.
So, anyway, I’m getting a new portal and starting all over in Starfield on PS.
Stoked as all hell to do it all over again.
The irony of this being a thing while the Starfield discourse reignites is hilarious.
Mile wide inch deep all around folks.
I’ll still enjoy both games. Whatever.
The internet doesn’t know shit about games.
Borderlands 4 was the 3rd highest selling game of 2025. And “everyone” hated it.
lol
Destiny’s first triumphs were going on as my wife did her chemo. We’d go to the hospital and come home and she’d ask me to play Destiny so we could feel normal.
It’s not reasonable or normal, but I have a strong emotional attachment to the game and Bungie.
It kills me to see them get laid off.
I am watching numbers because I am afeared that Sony is going to pull some shit with Bungie if it doesn't do better.
I really can't bear to see more layoffs at a company that has brought me decades of joy, and I really want it to do better so everyone keeps their jobs.
What games were right above Marathon on PS and Xbox, for context? 19th and 23rd respectively?
Team or Solo?
As of the patch a few people suspect Solo numbers were increased in the last patch cause even after fixing the sound stuff, which would draw everyone to a small area, there are just so many people in Solo matches now.
Before I would see 1-2 people per match, last night was 4-5.
This shit slaps bro.
It's not a shift in what Starfield is, but simply adding more to do and enjoy.
I can't freaking wait. Buying it on PS to play it on Portal in bed, like Todd intended!
Sometime the opening voice line straight up tells you to just kill everyone.
Looking at the game at launch it’s incredibly obvious why they didn’t have voice chat in the initial builds.
They want you to be Ash.
Shoot first, ask questions never.
I’ve been interested in ARC since I tried an extraction shooter for the first time in the Marathon server slam.
Their AI voices put me as a maybe get it on deep sale.
I’ll probably buy it full price now.
Good on them.
A game where you rebuild the very first area you fell in love with as a child while the real world falls apart around you.
Straight up feels like similar weather to Animal Crossing.
It’s a perfect game for people like me.
I grew up with Pokémon and I’m dismayed and depressed at what’s happened to my world, and Pokopia lets me fix one I grew up with.
I may not be able to fix my world, but with kindness and friendship I can help rebuild Kanto.
It’s beautiful, sad and perfect.
I don't know if you live here, but, that used to be the case, up until a few years ago.
Now we are almost all on board the full MAGA train here in Utah. Huge measles outbreak, fluoride gone from the water, killing mail in voting based on lies.
We're speed running what others took years to get to
And maybe if we all believe hard enough and magic is real we can make it rain jelly beans.
Jesus Christ.
I just got to Pallette Town and holy crap!
Not only are there multiple maps with different biomes to play in, but there’s also just an open world too.
I mean, there’s just so much room for activities!!!
I love it so much.
I've had this giant fear, that due to it being an extraction shooter and being sold as heavy on the PvP, that Marathon would end up doing better on PC, than console, and unfortunately Steam metrics will be important.
Not hitting console store top 10's and now this really reinforces that fear.
It is weird to me that now they’re saying something, since it’s Bungie.
They’ve been willing to not complain about plenty of other games.
Just feels hollow trying to try to protect Bungie while letting so many other projects die silently.
