Now that I have fully processed and accepted that I am #AutisticAF, I feel like it’s time for a name more reflective of me as a whole and not just me as a part.

So please allow me to reintroduce myself as:
OMG I’m Neurospicy AF

I initially started this page to process my own self-discovery journey with autism, specifically. However, I am many more flavors of neurodivergent than just autistic. People often ask me “is that autism or adhd?” and usually I can’t tell.

After a year-long break and a lot of thought, I have decided to change my name to @omgimneurospicyaf in anticipation of coming back to this page.

Why, you may ask?

Oooh new account. No followers. I feel so free. (Not that I’m back yet.)

I will no longer be using X/Twitter
I will still be using Instagram
I still don’t understand TikTok
