Cross stitch update: Five days on Roadside Diner / Unique StitchCraft - a pandemic start (there were many). At the time I was full-coverage curious, so picked a smallish piece to see what I thought. Haven't touched it in nearly two years, but after a week, I really like it again.

A tweet by Rep. Gloria Johnson ( @VoteGloriaJ ) includes a screenshot of a document from the Tennessee Federation of Republican Women titled 'Growing American Patriots Through Literacy', dated March 2024. The document controversially references Adolf Hitler in the context of training youth. A news headline reads: 'Tennessee Republican women’s group cites Hitler in promoting its reading list' by Sarah Dolgin. Johnson comments: "Well, here we are. Tell me again how we didn’t see what we saw. Chattanooga Republican women say to be like Hitler."

Maybe they were just overstimulated and accidentally did Nazi stuff.
