In light of the terror we are all facing, I am going to take some time tonight to play a delightly little indie game called "Don't Play Breakout Deluxe: store.steampowered.com/app/3285480/" on stream around 8PM EST.
I will also rant a bit about AI in game development. Maybe a lot.

Well, Mission X on Dark Forces is going to be a tough one for me to overcome.
On the upside, we had a real good chat on stream about Star Wars stories we love. The classic trilogy, Mandalorian and Andorr all got sung praises last night.
We have some more of that retro goodness via @antstreamarcade.bsky.social! Let see if I can challenge some high scores tonight.

McDonalds Land Playland in the 80s, complete with Hamburgler sldie and Bic Mac pison.
Being a kid in the 80s meant playing on some of the coolest playground equipment born from captialism.
Roadside Research is what we are playing tonight and we will see if we can expand our gas station while experimenting on a few humans.

For as long as I live, I will not forget the Cabbage Patch Riots of '83.
Someone make ma VR simulation where I can walk through an 80s mall's food court, complete with smells and sounds.
Instant buy.
An Orange Julius store in a mall in the 80s, complete with the display case full of faux oranges.
I do not recall too many who liked Ornage Julius for their drinks, but I found their hot dogs to be divine in the 80s.
Roadside Research was pretty fun last night. It does lag in the middle and it might take a while to reach the end game, but there is some joy in overcharging people for food, drink and gas.
If you need a distraction tonight, I am live over on Twitch doing nonsense. Playing some of that Roadside Reseasrch... Aliens running a gas station.

Can you beat Lycabaus & take the podium top spot for yourself on this 1 life challenge? ๐ฅ
An image of a gas stations with the words "Roadside Research" blazened across it. Two slients with paper masks are also looking at you.
Tonight at 8pm EST, I will be hiding from humans while running a gas station. It should be an out of this world expereince.
Only on Twitch!
A 24 pack of Laurentien Colored Pencils.
Canadians in the 80s all knew about Laurentien Coloured Pencils. Most of us had the twelve pack, but the real ballers had the twenty-four pack.
A set of four penny racers featuring McDonald characters that were featured in 80s Happy Meals.
Back in the 80s, we would race these bad boys in our cafferteria at high school.
I wish they would have these kind of cool happy meal toys again.
A bost of Ghostbusters Cereal.
The 80s cereal line was something else and something magical. There were some limitted time brands offered and I ate them all.
Had an absolteule fun Twitch Collab with Qswin87_THF, a long time friend. We chatter about native issues, AI and a bunch of other great topics.
We also jumped players in Fortnite.
The cover for Darklands comptuer game.
As buggy as it was, I really enjoued playing Darklands (1992). With its deep RPG system and being based on the Holy Roman Empire in the 15th century, it really held my attention on many weekends.
I had a lot of fun playing Winter Games by Epyx on @antstreamarcade.bsky.social. Such a fun way to get you retro on during the Winter Olympics.
Okay, long work day and now we can play some pinball.
I am over on Twitch as UncleGutty, but if you prefer a YouTube viewing experience, you can catch me over here:

What was your favortie year for movies? Come and discuss while we get into some retro gaming via @antstreamarcade.bsky.social.
www.twitch.tv/unclegutty
I was debating what '80s year was the best for movies and it was kind of hard to choose. I picked '86 for some bizarre reason and was quite disappointed when I dug into it. Now I am thinking '84 was a real solid year due to the hit after hit we had to choose from.
