Rite Aid had its faults but the transfer of prescriptions is a nightmare. Giant Eagle got mine, I called earlier this week to refill, they claimed they had to call my provider (still a refill left according to my bottle). No follow up from Giant Eagle. Calling and just sitting on hold. This sucks.

PittVB sells out seats & merch and could generate some revenue if handled properly- have adequate concession and merch sale set ups. We never get concessions bc the lines are ridiculous. Lots of sponsorship opportunities. Teenage girls and their moms turn out in droves for matches- ideal consumers.

I love when opposing counsel gets so emotional about something minor on a phone call and yells at me. I give one warning that I will terminate the call if it continues. Almost inevitably it continues and they’re surprised when I hang up. And then get mad when I memorialize what happened in an email.
