Senate Bill 676 passes despite concerns over transgender rights - Nashville Banner Transgender rights activists concerned by passage of Tennessee Senate Bill 676, which would require doctors to report on transgender healthcare.

The amendment was a small victory, but the bill is still part of an effort to intimidate the trans community and inch toward more restrictive policies in future sessions.
