Just an FYI for anyone still using GitHub, you may want to disable copilot if you don't want your code snatched up. Or ideally move off GitHub entirely and switch to Forgejo for example.

This is a good part of why we recommend Linux and Mac over Windows any day of the week. Especially in light of all the recent hardware shortages and increasing e-waste, making sure that older computers still work is a massive priority for us.
its kinda crazy how you just need 2x the ram to do any of the same work in windows vs on Mac or Linux lol. Like on W11 you just need 32GB in order to just do basic everyday shit without explorer crashing, meanwhile 32GB on a Linux machine is legit 3D art workstation / smooth video edit territory
