Congratulations to Yuyao Cheng on passing her PhD viva! Her thesis investigates the role of early-life factors in the development of eating disorders, using longitudinal data to examine underlying developmental pathways and identify potential targets for early prevention.
Her research interests centre on how individual and environmental factors influence cognitive ability and academic achievement, and on how these insights can be used to promote educational equality.
