Gr7 #Science classes started their Erosion unit with a #ThinkingRoutine to activate prior knowledge and generate connections to upcoming content. Next was an erosion simulation lab to measure the impact of coastal erosion and develop and test protective measures.

Grade sixes at Ridgecliff have created infographics about an animal for an interdisciplinary project focused on text features. Today they were sharing with a small group and recording a Glow and a Grow for a classmate, then ended with a class meeting to debrief. High level engagement. #HRCE_Literacy
