Placing a drain in the middle of the bike path! I'm convinced whoever designed this hates cyclists. Then not having any additional draining around the curb, people cannot walk or bike across this section without getting wet. If you're in a wheelchair, have a stroller, you're f*cked.

I didn't get to hit all of 14th st last night but after this rain its not looking great for this portion of bike lane. Whoever designed this put a drain in the middle of the bike path & during the day it was clogged n flooded. Its a mess and a danger to bike/walk through & inaccessible!

A year ago, Berkeley said we would get 11 new bike share stations by Summer 2025. There has been zero progress and they are now saying Summer 2026.
