Being disenfranchised because of no postal address is a problem both vote-by-mail & in-person voting needs to address. Many first peoples on reservations were disenfranchised by that new law. Prohibiting collection of ballots to deliver to polls also hurt. 2/2

Drawbacks you mentioned aren't insurmountable. Requiring voters to go to a polling place that might not have their name, and then stand in line for hours, is also less than ideal. Timing: vote-by-mail allows voters lots of time to decide on issues as they research them and fill in their ballot. 1/2
With vote-by-mail, election days don't need to be paid holidays.
In those 26 seconds, 62 additional people were added to Earth's 8.3 billion. They all need to eat, excrete, and live somewhere.

My eyesight fails every time those blinding headlights hit me through the windshield at night, and I'm not 80 yet.
Same in the States. I can't drive at night anymore.
This unwarranted opposition will have no effect on this project, but the more misinformation and vitriol generated against it, the more difficult it will be to build more wildlife crossings in the future.
It's possible the USSR was finally bankrupted during Reagan's reign because he goaded them into spending too much on military. There were other factors, no doubt, but when a nation wastes funds on weapons & leaves other needs unfunded, it's an existential disaster. NYT would say it raises concerns.
I hope so. That's the only way this invasion of Iran will stop. Unfortunately, surrender isn't in his personality.
The Center for Biological Diversity will most likely collaborate with others to fight this in court. We can help by donating, since they're forced to fight on many fronts these days. @biologicaldiversity.org
"...pleaded no contest to second-degree attempted disorderly conduct." Dang. And they let him back out on the street. He'll be attempting again before long.

The practical solution offered will not be implemented by the current US president, so we appear to be stuck, at least until the regime changes.

"On March 22nd, 2026 at 0347 UTC, I received an email from an encrypted anonymous remer service." This raises credibility concerns, since I'm viewing this on March 20th, 2026.
"Right to work" is a slogan of anti-union legislation that allows workers to avoid paying union dues, even though they benefit from collective bargaining.
Being forced to work is a human rights abuse. Universal Basic Income would reduce that abuse.
Removal is short sighted. The cap has resulted in 1.7 million fewer people living in absolute poverty - including 400,000 fewer children - compared with 2010. www.bbc.com/news/uk-6799...

Empty intersection just seconds before a crash that injured nine people, two with life-threatening injuries. Horrific infrastructure development.
Horrific development. #carsruincities
Deserts existed before goats evolved. In deserts like the Sahara, there’s not enough for goats to eat, so goats would have to come first. In grasslands that followed the African Humid Period, goat grazing would succeed. People could move on to greener pastures, and goats consume more desserts.
Ranchers could point to the people who buy their products. "We're just feeding families. If they didn't buy it, we wouldn't raise it."
Livestock have been degrading ecosystems since humans began herding. The Sahara's most recent cyclical reversion to grassland might have been over grazed, allowing topsoil to be blown away, leaving sand. www.frontiersin.org/journals/ear...
