We worked with Shaohe Wang's lab at Janelia, Sara Stahley's lab at Penn State, and Fernanda Ceriani's lab at Fundación Instituto Leloir to image multiple different samples that all require both air and fluid to survive or develop.

Excited to share our new preprint! We’ve been working on standardizing the assessment of circadian structural plasticity in Drosophila. Here we present some of the variables we studied, along with a very intuitive graphical user interface to quantify changes in structural complexity. Take a look!
