We get rid of a bunch of restrictions on cellular configuration. We also add features ourselves including force enabling 5G, VoLTE, VoNR, VoWiFi and cross-SIM calling with carriers where Google didn't work with them and get it certified. We don't currently bother disabling fake signal bars, etc.
