Crockett: "The US is falling apart, partially bc he's allowing for killings in the street, but also bc we have a 34 count convicted felon being shielded from any type of accountability as it relates to a child sex trafficking ring. I don't understand why we're pretending any of this is normal."

Billie Eilish during her #GRAMMYs speech for Song of the Year:
“As grateful as I feel, I don’t need to say anything except that, no one is illegal on stolen land. It’s really hard to know what to say and what to do right now, I feel hopeful in this room and we need to keep protesting… fuck ICE.”
Mistake I see most dem elected officials making on social media is acting as journalists and telling us about the bad things done by this regime.
Not their job.
Their job is to tell us what they are DOING about it (specifics only) and tell us what they need US to do to help them fight.
From factory farm to freedom. Meet Hope and Blossom: two survivors whose lives were changed thanks to compassion, care, and the belief that every animal deserves dignity. 💙

Donald Trump sharp as a tack
Don was taken into custody by federal agents last night in Los Angeles.
Georgia Fort, an independent journalist and vice president of the Minnesota NABJ chapter, was also arrested by federal agents this morning
I was sent this video of agents at her door:
Are you feeling the freeze right now and wondering if climate change is even real?
The polar vortex slipping to the south is actually a sign it is happening, not evidence against it. That's why we switched from "global warming" to "climate change"!
A German soccer federation executive committee member says it's time to consider a World Cup boycott because of the actions of U.S. President Donald Trump.
Yesterday, over 30,000 people protested against ICE in below-zero temperatures. Amazing work, everyone. Minnesota strong. Tomorrow, there will be more of us.
In October, ICE grabbed Maher Tarabishi.
He was a 24/7 caregiver for his disabled son Wael.
At the time of Maher’s detention, disability advocates warned that taking away Wael’s caregiver put his life at risk.
Wael died on Friday at age 30.
ICE caused his death.
They didn’t get to say goodbye.
I've talked to people on the ground about the strike here tomorrow, and the single thing everyone brings up is just how shockingly wide the support for the strike is. Businesses that no one would have expected to support it are doing so.
I lost my job, my kids have measles, and gangs of masked white supremacists roam our streets indiscriminately killing civilians. But at least I don't have to hear Kamala Harris's cackle.
It would be nice if somebody informed this guy that Star Trek is entirely a socialist narrative of the future that takes place after maniacal wealth inequality leads to World War III in the 2030s and almost destroys the Earth (look it up).
I don’t want to live in a Christian country I want to live in a country where i have the right to choose to be a Christian - or a Muslim, or a Buddhist, or a Jew or an atheist.
DOGE did not fail in any way to accomplish its goals.
Its goals were never efficiency or saving money.
Its goals were to destroy as much of government as possible forever, and to steal data for the Space Nazi.
DOGE is fading away like bank robbery gangs fade away after the robberies are done.
If you’re wondering why MTG is waiting for January 5 to resign….it’s always about the money
Don't Buy Starbucks! At any location, today and beyond, while workers are on ULP strike!
As of this morning, Starbucks workers across the country are officially ON STRIKE. And we're prepared for this to become the biggest and longest ULP strike in Starbucks history.
Say #NoContractNoCoffee with us: DON'T BUY STARBUCKS for the duration of our open-ended ULP strike! $SBUX
You just know that “Did Women Ruin the Workplace?” bit would have done NUMBERS in this little clique
Sean Duffy: "You all saw with the DCA air crash -- the last administration didn't see the 85 near misses" (Trump was in office when that happened)
This is exactly correct.
A deal suggests both sides get something. This was not a deal, it was a complete surrender.
Altman has been quite clear about his strategy.
From the 2008 crash he learned that if you bind enough of the economy to your business you can do whatever you like; government will decide the rules no longer apply.
What he's selling is unaccountabilty.
They’re wearing masks so they can’t be prosecuted later. As long as they think they can’t be prosecuted, their crimes will intensify. They will torture, starve and kill, as they have already, on greater and greater scale.
Signed, someone who’s covered the unaccountable War on Terror for 23 years.
“They were careless people, Tom and Daisy—they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money or their vast carelessness or whatever it was that kept them together, and let other people clean up the mess...”
Man picks up the paper but never buys it.
One day the newspaper vendor asks him, "what are you looking for?"
"I'm checking the obituaries."
The newspaper vendor says, "but they're not on the front page."
The man says, "this one is."
It’s difficult to see the emptiness when all of this chaos is so heavy. I have to remind myself that none of this is permanent.
