I've done an unusual number of mentoring calls this week, and one thing I'd like to remind everyone is, you are enough, and you can't forget how far you've come. You're most likely in the best position you've ever been in to build on top of everything you've done until this point.

This seems like a good time to once again ask David Jenkins for however much of the extended #OFMD playlist he'd like to share 👀

Three things are true:

1) Green bell peppers are just crunchy water.

2) Poblanos are what green bell peppers should be.

3) Any dish that utilizes green bell peppers would be made better by substituting poblanos.

I'll allow hating the beard, but I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear him hating on my girl* 😤
