No better way to win a derby!

Watching it delayed but what a half of football the Bayern Madrid game is. One of the games of the season. The whole tie has been superb. This could end up anything in the second half.
Can’t fault the effort and endeavour tonight. But lacked a bit of composure at times and quality in the final third. Luck hasn’t gone our way but they have been more clinical tonight.
Well after poor performance in my previous season with @manvfat Rochdale. I threw the water bottle at myself. Told myself I wanted to see something else in the second and I got a result
Had a good week training. Really concentrated on keeping my calories in deficit.
Those extra walking sessions I have been doing whilst watching the football on telly have helped with that.
Not feeling as boated and leaner body wise. Fingers crossed the Man vs Fat Rochdale scales show it.
I hope Dale do the decent thing next Saturday and just get a routine win. Late winners are great for the experience but not great on the nerves. Title races are stressful
Whilst Saturday wasn’t perfect. Liverpool felt more like Liverpool again. It was nice to have a bench and even rest players at the weekend.
Let’s hope these green shoots start to come through this time and not whither away

(He was playing centre half at the other end).
Me: So that proves my point that I can’t just go off reaction.
Player: I still thought you were rubbish second half
I just thought ok jog on.

He then said “well it was obvious something had happened so you should give it.”
My retort was. They thought your goal was offside but from my position it was on. So I gave the goal. I can only give it from the angle I see it at.
He then said well it wasn’t offside.

Players are stupid episode 4526
Final whistle goes. Losing skipper says I cost them the game because I missed a hand ball on the second goal.
I said it was on my blindside so couldn’t see from my angle. You may have got it with a neutral AR.
Horrible weather again this morning. 4 seasons in one day. Hail storm right as I blew my whistle if kick off.
Ultimately thanks for the memories and the title. I wish you all the best at your next club and you and prove the doubters wrong.
I think a change will do everybody the world of good and a good reset for everybody.
If (as I suspect) he goes, more at the season rather than now.
Thanks for your service. Thanks for leading the club through a horrible period and some testing circumstances in and off the FOP
It broadly sums up where I am currently at with everything.
Whoever is in charge. I will back and support. I want the reds to win first and foremost no matter who is in charge.
If he stays great. Crack on let’s work on getting back to our best.
Finally caught up with this today. This really puts everything in to perspective. Takes away all the sensationalism and there is a good, honest and frank chat on where we are at.
Also after 3 games in three days and another tomorrow evening. It will be nice to give the legs a rest from pounding round a pitch. Might get on a couple of walks just to keep moving and loosen off the legs after the past couple of days
After the stress and frustrations of watching Liverpool and the Dale over the bank holiday weekend.
It will be nice to sit and watch a game tonight and just relax as a neutral.
Ticked a new ground off the list yesterday. My first visit to Colne. What a view over the tops and villages from inside the ground. I’d really recommend a visit
Football in the wind is horrible. 4 seasons in one day this morning
Good Friday for football is as good as Boxing Day for me.
Watched a Sunday League Cup final this morning. Decent game. Handled well by the ref.
Off up to Spotland this afternoon for Dale vs Morecambe
Then watch Coventry vs Derby tonight when the wife is in bed.
I’m challenging myself to run 5k.
After that I want to make it to 10k.
I’ve always enjoyed the relaxing side of a run. But never consistently for a distance. I keep hitting barriers or putting reasons up why I can’t do the last part.
I need to make that stop this summer.
I know the season has another 8 weeks to go but I am already planning my pre-season.
Match fitness is good and I can get around the FOP without issues for 180 minutes a weekend.
This summer I want to be come a runner!
For years I had an irrational dislike of Spurs No idea why I used to feel the same way about Macclesfield
But I think De Zerbi is a good choice for them Getting him on board now I think will ensure safety Individually the players are too good to struggle He should be able to mould them into a team
Not been around on here for a while. Got an urge to give it another go.
1-0, 1-1, 2-1, 2-4, 6-4 what a game. Two games this weekend are why I love refereeing. Great entertainment. Four teams wanting to play football and not bother what anybody else is doing. #referee #matchofficial #grassrootsfootball
Another great game yesterday. And that’s before the game at Anfield. #referee #matchofficial #grassrootsfootball
Good enjoyable competitive game today. Didn’t need the big pitch and a slope though. As I haven’t been able to train much this week do to trying to shake off a chesty cough and aching body #referee #matchofficial #grassrootsfootball
Kop Outs banner being held up in front of The Kop.
Tomorrow's match against City is our #RainbowLaces match. The captains will wear rainbow armband's & there'll be programme content, alongside branded LEDs, ball plinths, handshake boards & more to promote inclusion & celebrate that football is for all. In the Kop we'll be holding our banner high.
Well after no games last weekend looking more promising this week with two cup games.
I love doing cup games there always seems to be something a little extra on them.
