Aye, I've had both of these experiences lots of times, so I feel ya...though in both cases, I guess something good you can take away is that through trying to give your best to someone else, you got a step better at art in the process!

That's why I often try to figure out what my gift target would like most before I craft it, though that doesn't always mean they'll like it...

Though, when you do put in the effort and they do end up liking it, it feels flippin' awesome -w-

That fear of a not caring reaction is probably what stops me most of the time...but then again, eventually sometimes I go 'heck with it' and do it anyways.

Cause to be honest, I find doing gift art tons of fun -w-

(In an ideal universe, I'd probably just throw gift art at certain people without the pretense of doing a trade or raffle. But unfortunately I have to wait and figure out if they'd cherish the gift first...)

The best kind of team-building exercise~ :P

I think this is the first time I've attempted drawing latex, I oughta do more of it methinks
