If sq was the only way to access plus the activity, and accuracy, of the sq would improve as people will have to re-earn access each season.
This would also be a substantial opportunity for people to play upwards, as more activity in sq from highlevel players would give midlevel chances to play them

There are very cheap capture methods out there now. In another game I play a major TO org bought capture cards for the competitors without them so the org could the stream matches in a produced show (with sponsors + ads to make the money back + some)
