We were at the playground with the toddler and she rushed to the fence to wave at a boat cruising down the river. The boat's deck was littered with people in fetish gear, looking thoroughly bored and overheated in their PVC. Gimps stared dumbly from their hoods as she shouted "BOAT!" at them.
